This nine unit series of one minute videos holds the position of “all four” on the floor — two hands down, two knees down. Please observe these sequentially to avoid problems.
We activate channels of strength from the fingertips in a back line to the spine and in a front line into the chest. Look for the illustration from Thomas Meyers’ which I will post.
Although many more practices advance from these initial nine positions, today’s sequence can keep you bus until you can repeat each move in three sets of nine repetitions. Try these and let me know what you feel. Include any observations.
