OK! Yesterday and today, I woke up but late for my usual time! two days i a row means the alarm clock must get set. I will be back on regular time.

I'm loading a fundamental, easy, and progressive yoga series, each video about one minute. Did I say "easy"?
The purpose is not acrobatic virtuosity. Acro must be for another day. These videos aim to restore awareness in channels of strength from your diaphragm through your neck and shoulders out to your fingertips. These videos assume you can stand up with balance and that you can actually move about your day.
