Good morning again this summer day as the sun lifts over the rooftops in Dallas. Wherever you are and at whatever time you may be viewing, welcome to our simple practice of breath and movement. To wake up the breath, the body’s movement in three planes, and to clear lymphatic system allows you a confidence to engage in both daily activity as well as in more challenging exercises. These moves are our entrance to Pranyam and Asana, two of the eight classical limbs of yoga.

I recorded this last night because I must be on the road during our usual time. Here we observe three planes of functional spinal movement with breath. I invite you to recall warm-ups of this past week and to practice from whatever you can recall. If you cannot recall, then reboot yr favorite livestream recording and use that.
