I have been watching as people age unfamiliar with their body and mind. The ability to bridge body and mind with breath benefits every person of every age. And in the blessing of a long life, the body and mind working together allow a grace and a dignity that can elude a person.
Im making these foundational practices for today knowing they are an investment in my life today and tomorrow.
