i had stopped pre-loading and pre-scheduling because by the time i would wake up in the morning, my body needed something different than what i had described. these practices are very spontaneous and reflect my own body’s needs. regardless, the foundations of the work remain. everybody needs breath. everybody needs to move in three planes. everybody benefits from lymphatic clearing. and, tonight i pre-schedule because i must start a little later in the morning and wanted you to know in advance.
im traveling and the wifi connection is slow and choppy so we do what we can.

I recorded this last night because I must be on the road during our usual time. Here we observe three planes of functional spinal movement with breath.
