Let’s unlock the habit of our daily physical existence by reminding the body of its three functional planes of movement. Use the breath to animate our movement and the lymphatic system. This awakens metabolism. Do these moves and you are guaranteed to feel the tingle of life through your whole body. Life force moves us.
