Good morning! Let’s move the body in its three planes of function using the breath. Let’s activate the lymphatic system to clear accumulated inflammation and triggger metabolic response. Let’s listen to the body and its requests.
Because I respond to the daily conditions within me that I can share, the practice here uses the guiding principles in spontaneous ways. Thus, I rarely know exactly what I will record for you. So, I found that I can comment about the content directly after I make it. That may help those who view the recordings after the livestream has ended.
