The weatherman says that the first real winter blast is moving our Texas way so temps will drop into the low 20s F which is about five to eight degrees below zero centrigrade. If we were outdoors our practice would shift into thermal survival mode. But thankfully we have the convenience and comfort of modern heating, a fact often taken for granted. The yoga provides tools for the range of season, both our shared annual cycle from winter to spring as well as our own personal cycle of life from the spring of youth to the winter of the eldest years. Every season has its practice.
