We start standing. We take three breaths to open the heart, to activate the heart, to re-secure and move from the heart. We move three planes of the spine with isolated attention. We deliver breath to the joints. We activate the lymphatic system. We might have time for wise guys before we shift to paid subscriber content.
We will add as much as possible in the closing minutes — either legs and tea cup practice, possibly nauli practice, and possible ground work before our wise guys.
