the first 15 minutes we wake the body in three planes of functional movement. we wake up the breath. we aim to identify the origins of breath bio-mechanically, and we want to deliver the life force value of breath. and! we want to awaken the integrated systems of the body. if we do these things then wow, the mind begins to awaken, too. proper actions meet your day. all in 15 minutes!
success in these objectives requires daily practice. and the truth is we need more than 15 minutes to break through the remaining 23 hours and 45 minutes of daily life.
