Thursday mornings we will be making a simple yoga practice of functional movement. We’ll identify balance, alignment, strength, range, and breath in primary postures for daily movement. The purpose is not the posture but how the posture allows life in us. We practice with our longtime friend and fellow yoga teacher in mind — Mara Black. This week marks the start of a new endeavor at the SAMURAI INTI Martial Arts Studio in Frisco. I’ll be teaching i a group class there at Sendai Sebastian Mejias ‘ dojo on Monday and Wednesday mornings.
