Yes, we turn, twist, bend, fold, activate three planes of functional spine.
This is not “stretching” as much as it is channeling isometric strength, activating awareness of the movement source, resulting in the occasional necessity of micro-movements, “mapping” your body. We discuss alignments, balance, strength, and range.
We are
1) awakening the channels of life force through your body in three planes, 2) awakening the mobility of your joints, 3) activating your lymphatic system and hence all the systems of your body. We activate metabolism.
Kumar used to say, “Yoga is the junction of everything.” The teaching fell north off the mountain into China, and rolled south of the mountain into India. No rolling this session.
