You know I’m not talking about a wake up like a jolt of electricity. I”m talking about a smooth awakening into ease, into your daily activities without pain, into the proper energy for your tasks, into greater presence.
Last week we noted the five areas for whole life:
sleep, breath, movement, nutrition/hydration, and prayer/meditation. Each of these areas is a foundation for your whole presence. Our wake up routine is the transition from sleep and dream.
Ok, let’s make three planes of spinal movement, clear lymphatic lines, and move those joints.

I recorded this last night because I must be on the road during our usual time. Here we observe three planes of functional spinal movement with breath.
