The external markers of day and month and year can actually distract me from what is timeless. For me real “success” lies there.
And yes, we continue to move in three planes using breath as an origin and the body as its vessel. We awaken the systems of the body’s functions by clearing the lymphatic channels. We remind our joints of their range. We begin to free the body from its habits of identity so that we might listen to the higher call of personal purpose. Every day we begin again. Beginners’ Mind.

Beginning again means asking familiar questions and looking for the answers in the posture, observing what doesn’t work, and what does. Learning twice, and twice again in Beginners Mind.
I recorded this last night because I must be on the road during our usual time. Here we observe three planes of functional spinal movement with breath.
