The yoga practices provide tools for extraordinary living. They provide fundamental practices of support as well as a means for growth, change, transformation. The initial steps and the advanced steps remain the same — a daily discipline and routine that both wakes us and supports us.
We breathe our movement in three planes of function. We switch on the lymphatic system that signals our whole body’s coordinated systems of metabolism. We move our joints. We awaken the mind’s attention grounded in the breath and the body.
