I just finished watching a video of Tony Robbins’ 10 minute morning routine. He begins with breath. He activates intention. He reminds us of satisfaction and living gratitude. He does not mention resistance or pain. This is worth unpacking more as we go
We will work the three planes of functional movement, activate the lymphatic system and our joints— all based in breath.
