I recorded this last night because I must be on the road during our usual time. Here we observe three planes of functional spinal movement with breath. I invite you to recall warm-ups of this past week and to practice from whatever you can recall. If you cannot recall, then reboot yr favorite livestream recording and use that.

Beginning again means asking familiar questions and looking for the answers in the posture, observing what doesn’t work, and what does. Learning twice, and twice again in Beginners Mind.

Breath. We take it for granted. We go to sleep, and we’re breathing. We wake up, and we are breathing. No big deal, right? We are all masters of our breath, right?
You must know, there is more to breath than the unconscious habit.
Breath practices are for every person. Yet, if you’ve never made breath practices before, a strong suggestion is to find a personal teacher, not a video. We humans have many conditions, dysfunctional patterns, problems because of our breathing. A qualified teacher can help identify and guide you through the limitations. As these practices continue and evolve, we will cover many of those conditions.
However, this video practice is for those who are free of basic breath limitations. There are practices to eliminate asthma and other conditions, but that is not for us to begin. For those with conditions, seek an experienced teacher.
